Wow I need to catch up already. Well the other night I made this great easy dish in the crock pot, baked ham and cornbread pineapple stuffing. I took 2 boxes of stuffing made to the "in the bird" instructions. In the water for the stuffing I used the juice from a can of crushed pineapple. I then stirred 1/2 the pineapple into the stuffing. I took a big round piece of ham steak I got at Walmart for under $3 and put it on top covering the stuffing. I covered the ham steak with the rest of the pineapple. I put it in the fridge overnight and had Glen put it on for me on low about 1:00. When I got home the house smelled wonderful. Everything cooked up perfectly. This was so easy and not at all $$$.
